We are located at 198 Portland Street in Downtown Dartmouth. We are almost directly across Portland Street from a Tim Horton's.
The office and the respite apartment are part of the same two bedroom flat. The office is separated from the apartment, occupying just the front room of the flat. As part of our Community Awareness Campaign we have developed two broadcast e-mail groups to assist us in distributing notices about issues and events in our community. You can automatically add yourself to either the Family Update list or the Provider Update list by sending an e-mail to that account indicating your interest. |
